What you will be doing:

• 5 – 10 years in Data domain and experience with applying data science/quantitative modeling to real-world, financial use cases commonly deployed at Fintech Organizations

  • Building predictive and forecasting models using algorithms and the implementation of ML
    • Storytelling to non-technical staff or stakeholders using immersive data visualization techniques
    • Providing data-backed strategies and solutions to tackle business problem

• Applies intellectual curiosity and deep analytical thinking to mine large datasets for hidden gems of insights and correlations.

• Design and Implement high performance, accurate, scalable and robust analytical models in support of product and project objectives.

• Evolve the approach for the application of machine learning & Deep learning existing or upcoming programs and project discipline.

• Tech Problem Formulation: Requires knowledge of: Analytics/big data analytics / automation techniques and methods; Business understanding; Precedence and use cases; Business requirements and insights

• To translate/ co-own business problems within ones discipline to data related or mathematical solutions

• Identifies appropriate methods/tools to be leveraged to provide a solution for the problem

• Analyze stakeholder technical needs and partner with them to share relevant information

What you bring:

• Knowledge in machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, data visualization, and data analysis

• Proficient in data science tools and programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, Scala, SQL

• Ability to collaborate with others and solve complex problem• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills

• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts

• Exceptional statistical, mathematical and analytical skills

• Superior interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
