About the team
The Transfer Agency is a division responsible for Transaction Operations, Processing and associated functions of mutual funds for various clients.
At FIS we provide service to clients via various channels like Transaction processing, Calls, Chat etc. The customer support may include but not limited to Accounts set up, Shareholder data maintenance, overall record keeping.
What you will be doing
- Provide a positive customer experience for all clients through transaction processing, mutual fund compliance, recordkeeping, and shareholder reporting activities. Helps to protect the best interests of the funds, shareholders and FTI by providing support to transfer agent strategies and system enhancements, adhering to policies and procedures and workflow processes.
- Addresses inquiries and performs account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts.
- Works with various internal clients and various departments to resolve outstanding issues, comply with customer requests, and respond to client inquiries.
- Ensure service expectations are met and establishes rapport with each caller to set positive expectations for account maintenance queries and other servicing needs.

Other requirements include:
• Very good command over German language (reading & comprehension) skill
• 0-2 years’ experience in financial services will be a plus
• Good communication skills, persistence and tact
• Ability to work with a team within a global/international environment
• Computer literate with experience working in a Windows environment
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Handle internal customers’ inquiries, ability to make decision and work independently
