About the team –
FIS® Performance Measurement Manager is a web-based, integrated suite of multicurrency performance measurement, attribution and risk
tools for asset managers and fund administrators. Attribution functionality is built in for seamless integration with portfolio data and
benchmarks. Development team works in Agile Scrum framework consisting of members from Testing, Development and Business Analyst
groups. Scrum team is responsible for project development based on client and internal requirements with expected quality within strict
What you will be doing
Career level role. As a part of testing team, individual need to test and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on
small to large, complex projects that requires skill in testing in multiple environments. Possesses knowledge in Investment Banking domain,
specifically in Fund Accounting. Works on one or more projects as a team member. Works under general supervision with latitude for
independent judgment. Identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
Some of the other responsibilities will be –
• Efficient functional testing of projects / maintenance items. Good knowledge of UI Testing.
Preparation of effective test plans, test strategies, involvement in project estimations. Creation of efficient testing approach,
creation of automation scripts for project test cases.
• Function understanding of the enhancements and derive testing requirements
• Regression Testing on application to ensure that current changes are not impacting existing functionality.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Maintenance testing of customer raised defects.
• Test Automation of all regression test cases.
• Controls and manages own daily test activities.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
• Investment banking domain knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing

• Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect free, application
software that meets needs of client/business partner
• Knowledge of basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies
• Knowledge of primary database engines with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used for data validation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of functions, features and components of existing and planned operating systems and applications
• Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs
• Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving
• Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
• Ability to deliver results under pressure
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, client reps.
