Mail Assistant assembles multiple packages for outgoing mail by hand.

    • Apply live postage according to the established postage schedule
    • Prep materials for mailing
    • Assemble all Top Tier and Mid Tier outgoing packages for first mails and re-mails on a daily basis
    • Assemble and mail all Custom studiesLabel and mail postcards as needed
    • Perform quality control checks on quality control as needed
    • Check incoming materials from print/other vendors prior to stocking for daily use
    • Implement booklet/diary paste-overs whenever necessary

Position Expectations

    • Ability to work in a  fast paced environment

Position Requirements

    • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn

Schedule Requirements

    • Monday – Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

$16 – $16 an hour
