Payrix (Part of FIS Global) is a global team of passionate software, payments, and financial services experts who provide software companies with an all-in-one platform and a white glove approach to capitalize on the opportunities for growth, innovation, and transformation within Embedded Payments. As the next-generation platform, Payrix enables developers to easily integrate, adapt, configure, and extend to suit their software user’s evolving needs. Founded in 2015, Payrix is growing rapidly and driving the phenomena to turn software companies into FinTech companies and transform offline and digital businesses. 

 

In alignment with Payrix’s strategy to expand its offerings around the world, Payrix was acquired by Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) in February 2022. The acquisition has allowed both companies to further innovate and disrupt the payments as a service space. Backed by FIS global, Payrix is well funded, resourced and positioned to be a disruptor in the Embedded Payments space. 

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Payrix, reporting into the VP of Product Marketing. This is a critical role that collaborates cross-functionally to grow revenue and market share. In this role, you will be helping to launch innovative, market-leading products and services that empower software companies to deliver more delightful payment experiences. You will have an opportunity to create a new market category, influence go-to-market strategy, and partner with a dynamic team to win in a rapidly growing space. You will help represent the voice of our customer by developing deep customer empathy to inform our strategy and create messaging that accelerates the business

  • Develop and execute product positioning, messaging, and enablement for new and existing products. 

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. 

  • Build relationships with customers to develop deep customer empathy and an understanding of their needs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead product launches and project manage towards successful execution. 

  • Create collateral, including pitch decks, data sheets, case studies, and whitepapers, to enable sales. 

  • Analyze sales and deal performance to inform data-driven decisions to improve messaging and enablement. 

  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap to align with market needs. 

  • Develop thought leadership content to establish Payrix as a leader in the payments industry. 

  • Present research findings and marketing content to other teams and executives. 

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related fields. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Experience developing go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Self-starter who can lead projects independently. 

  • Track record of driving successful outcomes in SaaS or technology businesses. 

  • Payments industry experience is a plus.
