About the role:
As the Sales Engagement Platform Manager, you’ll be comfortable working with senior leaders to help them generate pipeline and deliver campaigns with the tool. You will have a detailed understanding of how the platform works and engage in day-to-day governance and management of the platform. You will also organise and drive the Cadence Committee that is responsible for governing the content on the platform.

You will translate feedback and business priorities into platform improvements, working with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams.

This role is supported by Customer Success Managers on the vendor side, and a team of certified internal support specialists. This role does not have direct reports but may do in the future.

Success in this role means top line growth for FIS through effective usage and uptake of the Sales Engagement Platform.

What you will be doing:
• Own the execution of the Sales Engagement Platform strategy, and Sales Tech
tools at FIS
• Drive the Sales Engagement operating rhythm with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure stakeholder engagement, alignment, and adoption of the platform
• Implement best practice management of the platform – such as content
organisation, naming conventions, driving the Content Committee
• Drive adoption and uptake of the platform, partnering with Customer Success
Managers on the vendor side, and internal Business Operations and Sales
Strategy teams
• Work with the support specialist teams to understand common user issues and deliver training and platform improvements that solve them
• Act as a global point of contact for the platform, including presentation to Sales and Account Management Leadership meetings and Regional Business Review meetings
• Expansion of industry expertise on sales process and sales engagement;
constantly learning, researching and participating in industry events and
communities to gather messaging best practices and strategies to implement.
You have a deep understanding of value messaging and sales methodologies.
• Orchestration and project management to launch new content programs,
following processes outlined in the Content Operating Model (COM). Specifically, you’ll orchestrate content strategy, authorship, installation into the sales engagement platform, and monitoring performance.
• Collaborating directly with the Director of Global Content Operations to
determine new content programs and executing based on prioritization decisions.
• Participate as a business partner in a Content Committee with stakeholder
groups from Sales, Marketing, & Operations in order to align on what constitutes effective content, effective strategies implemented for your dedicated sales team within new content programs, and strategies to test in the sales engagement platform.
• Project Management of content roll-outs and rallying stakeholders to meet
launch deadlines.
• Promote and execute on a standardized methodology for messaging and
channels of communication that align to the overall brand and GTM strategy.
• Oversee and deliver enablement of new content launches and plans for
monitoring success metrics, and partnering with Enablement on broader
launches and changes.

Experience Required:
• Experience in frontline sales and/or sales operations & enablement
• Strong understanding of how a sales engagement platform can make a sales
organisation successful, in both BDR and ‘full cycle’ roles
• Ideally you will be already certified in a sales engagement tool. Exposure to
Salesloft, Outreach, Inside Sales will be highly preferable.
• Business ownership of a system/tool and demonstrated value
• Track record of working across stakeholder groups to deliver solutions
• Strong presentation skills to senior audiences
• Excellent organisational and programme management skills
