Job Description
FIS Management Services, LLC seeks SAP SD Business Analyst Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to develop and produce requirement specifications that enable the development of functional designs. Work with users and SAP Systems Analysts to validate requirements. Write and execute thorough functional test plans to ensure that SAP system changes are working properly, existing processes remain unaffected, and user needs are met. Resolve technical issues with SAP system tools. Integrate SAP system with other internal applications and solutions. Provide new and innovative alternative solutions to SAP system and application challenges. Assist in identifying external and internal customer problems and needs.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: supporting the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of SAP application modules; utilizing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) for sales documents and billing/invoicing; developing detailed business needs analysis and conducting Fit Gap analysis; utilized testing methodologies, including manual and automated unit, integration and regression testing, development, and execution; performing SAP system customization; facilitating full lifecycle development, including incremental, iterative development, and deployment; and utilizing SAP Solution Manager, Vertex tax system, HP Service Now, HP Quality Center, Oracle, MS Access, DB2, MS SQL, C, C++, Java, Developer/2000, Applets, Swing, ASP, and UNIX.
