About the team:

You will be part of the Client Success team within International Markets and will work closely with peers within the Client Success team, as well as with other stakeholders and functional partners within FIS’s functional matrix model.


This role will support customer questions, triage defects, support testers with questions and work with the Programme Solution Architect to define requirements based on customer needs.  Role is required to have experience and familiarity with cards processing and/or card-based payment processing.



What you will be doing:

  • Formulates and defines program scope and objectives through research and fact-finding

  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems

  • Analysis of business and user needs

  • Documentation of requirements and translation into system requirement specifications

  • Influences business partners regarding priorities

  • Identifies and documents program strategies, objectives and drivers

  • Analyses and documents solution processes and metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities

  • Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes

  • Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders

  • Work closely with the test stream and oversee the testing requirements based on the solution being provided


What you bring:

  • Experience of working on multiple complex solutions and leading the BA aspects of a large program

  • Displays strong customer communication, engagement and expectation management skills

  • Ability to build and establish relationships effective working relationships with employees, the client and vendors – both internal and external.

  • Displays strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Listening skills and ability to ensure open and candid two-way communication

  • Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems

  • Ability to work well under pressure and keep emotions under control during difficult situations
